CEO is a fresh Ethiopian company with international standards and expertise. Built on its founder’s years of experience working in Canada and Eastern Europe CEO is one of a kind. As an Ethiopian company with bilingual staff CEO can network and communicate easily with the local government and international companies, bringing projects to fruition.
Currently holding the only certificate of competence for Reconnaissance and Exploration Consultancy, and Drilling, Mining Site Construction and Engineering Technical Services in Ethiopia, after being approved with the highest qualification by the Ministry of Mines, Petroleum and Natural Gas, CEO is now aiming to expand our fleet of equipment for drilling, and earth development. In 2016 CEO expanded our office, doubled our staff, and expanded our equipment facility from 1200 square meters to over 5000 square meters in Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia.
URB 3A3 Russian Drilling Rig is used for deep water well and shallow oil/gas drilling. The URB 3A3 is one of the lightest drilling rigs designed by Russian engineers with hollow metal beams for mast, making it possible to mobilize even on difficult terrains. URB 3A3 is supplied with a 350m pipe and various sizes of drill bits.
Mounted on GMC Brigadier, with a Cat 3208, 2010 HP Engine Detroit Diesel 12V71TT Deck Engine and GHH 900/350 Air Compressor.
Capable of drilling up to 244 meters using a 16-inch diameter bit. It uses a Le Roi 750/150 Rotary Screw Air Compressor and is powered by a deck 871 Engine.
