CEO Group is a fresh new company that was established in 2015, in Ethiopia. After years of seeing a void within the mining and engineering sectors in Eastern Africa, CEO Group was formed with the intention of easing relationships between local government and international companies, needed to bring projects to fruition. We deal largely with administration and logistics to help projects move smoothly. CEO Group is currently the only Ethiopian company to operate in the solution well drilling and mining sector (services). With our engineering & mining expertise we are able to obtain any form of property liscence for mining metals and minerals / geothermal.
Mengesha Seyoum Woldegeberal
Chief Executive Officer / Founder
Mengesha Woldegeberal is a professional in the mining and drilling sector with over 17 years of experience in the mining and energy industry. He has filled various roles in mining operations, drilling management, HSE management, consulting and project development within Canada and Ethiopia.

Mengesha was the Field Drilling and Safety Manager for MDH Engineering Solutions and later for SNC Lavalin. He has done uranium drilling in Northern Canada . He spent the early part of his career in Fort McMurray, starting out as a Firefighter before joining the operation side of oil and gas drilling. He worked in the oil and gas industry for 9 years before branching into the Potash sector in Saskatchewan, Canada.
Mengesha is the the Founder and CEO of CEO Tec-Soultions, an investment consulting group in Canada, CEO Drilling, and CEO Group.
