CEO has set a goal to train Ethiopians with the highest standards of engineering and equipment operating knowledge as the founders of the company received abroad. Trade of knowledge is important to CEO; CEO plans to work with Universities in Ethiopia to create an educational program where students can have the opportunity to gain hands on experience with the newest technology, construction equipment and new ideas in the field of chemical engineering, mining plant process and most of all mining engineering.
